    Hi all,

I'm looking at getting an '86 60 series Landcruiser. All I know right now is that it's a 6cyl diesel, manual transmission, 4x4, and it's brown. I've searched all over for the proper designation for this truck so I can figure out what needs to be done, but I can't find it.

So, is this and FJ, HJ, BJ or what? Any big red flags to look for?
    Thanks,

    Adam

the 6 cylinder diesels where designated as an HJ. You are better off asking this over in the Diesel section HERE. This section here deals more with the FJs - gasoline engines.
