What LX470 replacement speakers did you use? (1 Viewer)

I have a 2005 LX470 with the ML speakers and I am about to order new speakers for the front and rear doors. Have already replaced head unit, amps, and sub. Have read all the posts I can find but want to hear what those with my same ML setup have used without major modification or fabrication.

• Front - Planning on component speakers in the front, would like 6 1/2 mid range and tweeters that fit the factory locations.
• Rear - Would like to go up from the 4 inch in the rear to 5 1/4 or 6 1/2 (my brother fit 6 1/2 in his 2000 non ML LX).

I am capable of fabricating plates etc. but would prefer something closer to drop in.

Looking to hear what you used when you did it and how they fit.
