What lug nuts do I need?

I posted this in Wheel/tire section too:

I have been running typical Acorn type lug nuts on these rims. Not sure if they are correct. Looks like I might need the shank/washer type. Any expert advice appreciated. I ordered stock Toyota's but shank diameter is too big and washers didn't fit in holes. Please enlighten me. -thanks in advance.

If you can find out the manufacturer of that wheel - contact them. They'd know.

Have searched and searched for wheel manufacturer w/o any luck. No markings on rim.

That wheel may have the correct hole spacing for the axle wheel studs but who knows if it was ever 100% compatible with your cruiser.
