What kind of locker is this?

Does anyone know what kind of locker this is?

Do I need to be using a limited slip additives?

If there is a clutch pack at the ring gear side, it is for sure, a limited slip.

So yes, I'd run a gear oil that includes the limited slip additive.

My guess is the clutches are worn out by now, but maybe it's still good. How did it drive?

It seems to drive fine…… How would I know if it wasn’t working properly? What kind of symptoms but I have?

Auburn was the more popular LSD of the 90’s IMHO

Eaton was another...

In the upper north east most guys put them in the front and run locked in rear


Edit: now that I looked at your other thread that had more pics... it does look like an Eaton
