That's an arb "catchers mask"...which arb doesnt produce any more.

I have one that is very close to this and asked the question few back. Mine answer were a look alike made in Australia. Bought it off CL in Phoenix but was removed from Australian troopy. Does it have a tab on each of the vertical posts above the frame. Those tabs are for a brace going to the frame. Mine has them and still thing it my be a ARB.
