The title pretty much sums up my question. I am looking into putting an air source on my 80 mainly to pump up my tires but to power some air tools would be cool too. So what kind do you have/where is it stored on your 80/how did you hook it up? Thanks guys!

nope, but i should have, thanks a lot!!

I have a TJM compressor i bought from Will at Sierraexpedition, it was around 100 bucks. Not the best option, as it takes a while to air up, but very economical.

Fan cooled ViAir 450c and a pair of 5 Gallon tanks

100% duty cycle and because it's fan cooled, I can run it continuously for air tools :)

Have the ARB compressor on mine... has been very useful to me as a tire inflater, but not much else. Experimented with it to use as a source for my impact, but it definitely requires the use of a tank to maintain enough pressure.

Viar as well with a 5 gallon tank mounted where my spare used to be. The comp is in a compartment in my rear storage box.

I have ARBs new twin compressor. Its a beast. Inflates a 37'' tire from 15-35 lbs in about 3 mintues and you can even run air tools off of it. I've done both.

X2. Also, there's room for a 2.5g "hotdog" style air tank along side the frame under the driver's seat. Plumb it all together with 3/8" DOT plastic tubing and push-to-connect type fittings and you've got yourself a real nice set up.

Mv50 and it's amazing. I have aired down and filled up my 33s many times and it's done great
