What is this wire coming of this

This connecter is coming of the same run of wire that goes to the fuel sending unit.

If someone could tell me what it is id appreciate it!

Then also I think this is for an external tank to pump into the main tank. All I’m asking is if not is not stock.

Looks like a solenoid actuated valve to switch fuel supply from one tank to the other.

Yes. And trace the wire back to make sure it's not connected to an energized switch.
