I have a JDM BJ 74 with a 13BT. I just want to check with you guys if anyone encountered an exhaust like this (see pics) ? What do you think is this and its purpose? Is it limiting the power of a 13BT.

Possibly a diesel incenerator? Im just guessing, but I thought some newer diesels have something like this. Its supposed to reduce particulate emmisions.
