It is definitely not original to the truck. It's in an 07 LC that's new to me.

DSP? It has one button and a readout that switches between "x1, x2, x3 and CD".

In 2007 it was thought that a DSP (digital sound processor) was needed to accomplish the same things as a Mark Levinson system AND retain the center voice command speaker for navigation and phone calls. Not saying that is what that is but it certainly looks like one. Audison Hiphonix, and Focal all made very similar-looking controllers. Usually, the x1, x2, and x3 were viewed as sources. i.e. Source #1 radio, #2 mp3 player, #3 cd, and so on. Or it could be as simple as the cd changer took a dump and someone put in an aftermarket one and this is the display for it. All guesses from me. But that's where I would start.
