Hi guys new here today just have a question relating an item on my 1fz-fe engine that I’m having trouble identifying. It’s on the front of the motor on the very bottom held on with 2 bolts and it is seeping oil. And the 2nd picture is of the bell housing which has a small cracked hole that oil is seeping out of. Possibly from rear main seal? I should also mention I have only just gotten this vehicle back from having a minor rebuild, new head, new head gasket, new water pump, thermostat, radiator, list goes on. I’ve taken it back once since the work has been done, the only thing they didn’t replace was the rear main seal.

My last question is can I remove the oil level sensor (if that’s what the first pic is) without losing any oil? Or will it all gush out?

It's not the oil level sensor. That's on the left side of the upper sump near the starter motor.

What year is your engine? 99?

I think the two bolts in your first pic are for a crank position sensor. Early 1fz-fe don't have a crank position sensor.

I don't think you'd lose oil if you remove it.
You could clean the sump around the sump plug, and drop some oil into a clean bucket, keep it covered, and pour it back in later.

Just pull the crank position sensor cover off. There are more bolts under that cover for the CPS. Then you can clean that area and verify it’s leaking there and not from somewhere else. As far as the rear main seal or upper oil pan arch seal. Not a lot of options there drop the pans and Jack the motor up and reseal the oil pan arch seal. For the rear main you gotta pull the transmission.
