What is the proper lube to use on moonroof slider mechanism? (1 Viewer)

Can someone tell me what they are using to lubricate the factory moonroof slider mechanisms on their Cruisers?

I don't want to use a lube that is too "messy", or one that will only "wash out" due to rain or weather conditions.

Alot of guys use silicone spray on tracks of their windows with good success, dont see why it wouldnt work for the moonroof
