Mine was the infamous crack in the radiator. It cost about $850 after checking a couple dealerships for best price. Nothing else major. 2009 LX570 with about 149k.

My two and only repairs since purchasing my new to me 2013 LC last year have been over $1000. Evap canister for $1000 after owning it only a week and then the radiator last month for $1500. This is my first Toyota and my Chevy buddies won’t let me live it down. Thankfully I purchased an aftermarket warranty so I’ve only had to pay a $100 deductible, but I almost didn’t get the warranty because, well it’s a Toyota.
Hi who do you have your aftermarket warranty with? TIA

Actually the head unit would rival engine tranny replacement. The unit is $8000 and that does not include the $3500 LCD screen.

When I purchase my 2020, the dealer sold me on the extended warranty based on head unit replacement cost. I always wondered if I was a sucker to get it. But I'm thinking maybe not now.

I was one of the unlucky few to experience the Rear main seal leak. Tough pill to swallow. Other then the driver side CV breaking while wheeling my 2013 has been otherwise trouble free over its 95,000 miles.
Have also replaced the radiator after i noticed the development of the typical crack.

Ouch. How much $$$ did it hit you? What's the procedure, I suppose tranny out, engine stays in. Or engine out?

Yeah unfortunate for sure, otherwise I would have been part of the Bud Built group buy lol.
Had the local Lexus dealership do the repairs so probably paid too much but didn’t trust the Toyota dealership to tackle the job.

They pulled the tranny to do the repair, bill was around $2300.

Mine was a blown KDSS stabilizer, it was about $1900 if I remember correctly. It took three weeks because they had to manufacture one and ship it.
