What is the leak?

Recent new water pump/TB and idler pulley.

Are you using green coolant? I'd check your heater T's near the firewall, the coolant is likely leaking from somewhere up higher.

The heater T's were supposed to have been done with the WP, TB.

first I would look at them to make sure.

green coolant isn't correct so whoever did the work scimped out on this, so now everything else that was "done" is now suspect

This reminds me of a leak I had, back of the water pump, oring seals the pipe to the back of the pump. If it leaks, or anything in the valley of the v8 engine leaks it will drain to the back of the motor like this.

Had water pump done recently by the previous owner, shop did not replace the oring. Leak was only noticeable after parking on an incline as well as smell.

that is not the water pump but that is a place to have a look also,
the water pump is hidden and can't be seen without dismantling the front of the engine.
