What is the front flap for? (1 Viewer)

Noticed this truck for sale with an odd front gas flap in addition to the rear. Anyone know more about this mod?

Or have I not been reading up enough on this forum to know what it is?....

Any insight appreciated -- FYI it is for sale somewhere in PNW.

I like the plug-in port for battery charging theory. But given it's size, it must only be a 110 connection, so it takes 17 days to fully charge, and you get 48 minutes of drive time. Enjoy!

So this is not exactly a standard mod on a cruiser?....thought there would be answers such as 'ejector seat exterior button'

Could very well be an outlet point/plug for when camping? or some camping accessory -- shower? I really don't know that's why I shared and asked.
