What is air pump and valves on 2007 LX ??

This is a dealer entry on a 2007 LX.

"OTHERS CUSTOMER STATES CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON - CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON - FUEL TANK FILLER CAP, R&R 2007 (CUSTOMER ADVISED THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON AFTER TEST DRIVE DO TO THE AIR PUMP & VALVES NEEDING TO BE REPLACED)"

This entry was on same visit....

"OTHERS C/S CAR IS NOT SWITCHING GEARS WHEN ACCELERATING. PLEASE INSPECT AND ADVISE. - TRANSFER CASE LOCK SWITCH R&R ALL. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS MOST LIKELY TO COME ON DO TO THE SECONDARY AIR PUMP. "

Any help deciphering this lingo is appreciated. I haven't had a LX this new yet to know. Thanks

air pump is emission pump. if i remember it is between the block and intake manifold

Hi, just got the exact same issue. About a month ago the check engine light came on, it was the gas cap. Ordered a new gas cap, reset the check engine light, about a month later check engine light comes back on. I was thinking it would be the gas cap again so instead of going to the garage I purchased a OBD2 code reader but this time the code is the following:

P1444: Secondary Air Injection System Switching Valve No.2 Bank2 Stuck Open

Has anybody else gotten this check engine code

I would like to try to take the valves off and clean them, does anybody know where they are located? Has anybody else gotten this code? If yes, what was the fix?

you might try this first before you get to taking off the manifold. All those vac lines are 3.5mm
