ok when it comes to carbs I am stupid i was reading and heard something about a Accelerator pump cup. what is is and does any body have pics of one on a 2f?

Its the rubber part on the end of your accel. pump rod.. it's the part that pushes (pumps) fuel though your carb, if you look down into your carb and move the throttle linkage you should see gas squirt into the base of your carb, its the accel pump that is doing that (namely the accel cup on the end of the accel pump rod).
Generally speaking, carbs operate on two different principles, vacuum and pump, the vacuum is created when your engine is running, and the pump is forced to work no matter what your engine is doing when the linkage is moved..
