I learned you CAN drop a tranny in a mini by yourself, just don't get under it. (tranny is out, flywheel is being ground today :) ).

I learned Goop does not get grease off my hands/elbows/arms/shoulders as well as good 'ol Lava soap does.

I learned the counter guy at Napa (where I went to get the flywheel reground) has a Toy truck with 270K miles, and said how mine with only 128K miles is a baby. :)

I learned even in the midst of the summer, it can be downright cold, last night was 50 degrees and rain, today is not much warmer and raining...sure beats that heat all you others have.. :D

I learned the clutch tips some dude gave me in the truck section were REALLY helpful (don't disconnect exhaust, don't support engine, use 3'+ of extentions, etc)...all tips were great advice.

I learned my son likes going to Vacation Bible School for the 2nd time this summer.. :D

I learned I need to drain the RedLine 75w90 gearlube from our Echo and put in the RedLine MT-90 gearlube, since the 75w90 is too slippery and doesn't work the best for the syncros...and I just put it in...

learned that doing some extra leg work when trying to get the best price on a good or service pays off...

Sometimes...I learned though that driving all over wastes more money in gas than you ever would save on said item, and when you realize that it pisses you off... :D

i learned that about 2 out of 3 time people will post things in the for sale threads and when you tell them you want it and will pay the shipping they really dont want to sell it. if you dont want to ship something then dont put it up for sale on a forum read by people all over america.

    yeah, sure...

just like when you started taking tuba lessons -- "I'm going to be a tuba player in a marching band." -- but you gave it up two weeks later when realized that all the hot chick dig sousaphones, not tubas...and you just don't have the shoulders for sousaphones...

and how about when you decided that you wanted to be a mountain climber, but two weeks into it you learned that most of what you'd be doing would be walking up steep hills...and you'd really prefer to walk down steep hills...not up...

or what about the time you said you wanted wanted to be dancer, but a couple weeks into it you quit because all the girls teased you about your cankles...

I give this new chat name thing two weeks max...

I learned that not all hot girls neccesarily smell good. In fact some straight up smell like trout that's been left on the counter overnight...

I learned that my fan base is getting out of control. :flipoff2:

I learned that I had a lot more invoicing to do (money wise) than the amount I had in my head.

I learned that I can still find bad music to go into my bad music list (thought I'd found the most of it). Download Bruce Willis' "Secret Agent Man" and you will see what I mean...

I've learned a lot of great negotiating techniques.

I am suspicious that my son is actually a baby bear - he gets into and climbs on EVERYTHING. I have yet to learn the truth to this matter, however.

I have also found a bunch of great Podcasts, and they are slowly taking over my iPod.

I learned that Spank60 is not Swank60 in disguise. :D I don't think the Swank I know would get off the couch in 105 degree heat. :flipoff2:

I learned that no matter how much you take time to show your customer they are doing wrong with your product it is still your fault when it fails!

But the checks keep coming in so I keep working....until I have a heart attack!

I learned that "Turning Japanese" was gay...

Then I was relieved to re-learn that "Turning Japanese" was just another way of saying you were pinning the bald headed wrestler.

That was a relief cause I was pretty sure I had "Turned Japanese" quite a few times...
