I knew the later models had it.

Update and more question. Big Thanks to all contributing here.

First off. Importer was back stateside and made aware of my HZ pump issue.
Hand delivered a IP with boost control and matching injectors he had on hand. Extremely accommodating, solid Guy!
I still need to get the IP and injectors rebuilt but I think/hope I have what I need to work with.
Have been able to match injector part number 4350. 9L. with early 1HDT. The pump number however I have not found match for.
22100-17140 #714
Found thread that had a few numbers corresponding to 1HDTs and they were specific to manual or auto tranny. I would assume it makes a difference. I have a 5sp manual behind this motor.
I trying to be careful of how to have the pump and injectors set up. To what spec? Do I have them built to spec per Denso part #? Should they be built to a different spec. or modified spec?
This is a BJ73, 1HDT, 4.10 gears, 34" rubber, 5spd manual, it is getting a turbo extreme, 3" exhaust and I'm working on a intercooler but that is going to be at a later date. My hope would be to have enough adjustment to run and tune well now but also have the capability to take full advantage of the future intercooler.
Recommendations?
Concerns?
Am my over thinking here?
Trying to DIR and am a bit over my head.

You are over thinking it. Just get them built to the spec for a 714 pump, any pump rebuilder will know the specs. The part number for your pump 22100-17140 indicates its a EURO spec pump used in 80 series with manual transmissions from 90-94.
Im not sure what you do for yearly emission inspections, but European 1HD T injectors had a higher cracking pressure in some years than other markets
Note- Injection pump parts have a Denso (ND) part number and a Toyota part number.
Just have it rebuilt to stock specs and ignore all the modification talk on the net, at least until everything is running right.
This should be your injector part number ,23600-17010 this is for EUR, JAP and GEN manual transmission so they will be easy to get specs/parts for.
The automatic injector is 23600-17030, but I think they could be used for either. They maybe the same injector, just set differently at the factory
You dont have to worry about the specs, fuel injection specialists will have all the adjustment figures at their disposal.

The last thing a pump rebuilder will do is test the injectors and pump on his bench. Ask them about flow matching.

I thought you were in Spain, but I see you are in NC. I would find out where Yotahead is and see if he wants to rebuild it or at least get it tested for pressure.

Hey Nck9,

Did you find someone to rebuild your IP in the US?

Mine just started leaking horribly after a 1200 mile trip & I need to get it fixed.

Thanks,

Mercmanjp

Patiently awaiting its arrival!
