I assume a clip of some sort. Can't track it down in the EPC. Anyone have a picture? This is PS, attached to the MAF sensor, holds the cruise control cable.
What goes here?

Like @TriploktinKC shows, that is the cruise control cable and it is connected via the missing plastic clip in the lower hole. the upper hole is not used in the US market that i know of.
Mine is also MIA. used a pair of zip ties, crossed to form a basket, to hold the cable in place. Not a pretty solution, but serviceable and functional.
