My Clarion CD deck came with a metal enclosure. This sits in the expanded hole and can be kept in place by bending tabs on the enclosure. It's pretty self explanatory if you have the enclosure. The deck then slides into the metal enclosure and then stays in place.

If you don't have the metal enclosure, any car stereo store should be able to help you find the appropriate part.
P.S. WARNING. Like a fool, I put a $200 CD MP3 Sirius ready deck into my BJ40. One morning, 6 weeks after installing the deck, I was on the way to work in torrential rain, got 5 minutes from home and had to pull over to a loud, high pitched squeal. I figured it was the CD deck and started yanking fuses (couldn't remember which one went to the CD deck) from my 24V to 12V converter fuse block. Turns out that water had travelled from the windshield frame through one of many cracks or holes and decided to drip onto the CD deck, shorting the speaker driver.
The moral of the story is, if you can't afford to lose it, buy an iPOD or similar. It'll also help to drown out the vehicle noise.![]()
