What do you think of these compression numbers?

Hi Everyone, I'm trying to get an idea of what kind of health the engine is in after blowing a radiator and having some overheating problems that I now have resolved. I did the head gasket test with the indicator liquid and it passed.

HOT

1)160
2)154
3)147
4)155
5)157
6)146

COLD

1)150
2)143
3)136
4)145
5)146
6)135

The 1fz engine has done about 195,000 and I know I'm in the middle of the FSM range but the cylinder to cylinder deviation is just out of spec per MrT. (The test was done dry, cranking for 5 seconds per test with the throttle wide open)

Is this something to worry about? a sign that its getting tired and should probably get a head rebuild or worse? Or does this seem like a reasonably healthy engine?

Thanks

I think those numbers are fine. Unless there is a large difference in compression, I would keep driving it.

A compression test doesn't tell the whole story, it just tells you it is holding compression.
To get a real read on the condition of the cylinders you need to do a leak down test as well.
