Doing full teardown and rebuild of an fzj80 front locked axle for my fj140 build. Nothing many have not covered before. Cleaning steering arm cone washer holes was a challenge. Wanted these clean so that they seat well and at right torque. Found a battery cleaner tool works well.

Replaced a leaking inner axle seal with oem, duralast wasn't cutting it.

That looks super nice and very nice coverage. How are you liking it so far? Would you know how much it weighs? I am thinking to get one for this summer season.
EDIT: just looked at the price....YIKES!!!!! I am not that much in the market..haha. $2550.

Thanks to @OGBeno for the electrical repair manual. Getting the correct connectors was super easy to make this little pigtail for getting turn signal lights wired to my bumper. Would have been much cheaper if I didn’t use Toyota repair wiring, but it works.

Yeah, we were up on the Washington Larch Mtn…I had no idea until this last week, and I’ve lived in Vancouver since 2009 and I was born in Oregon!

Avid Offroad in AZ. There was a long lead time, but I am quite happy. It was customized from their regular bumper.
