what did you do to plug the "black hole" . . .

. . . under the passenger seat ?

we just spent the first few hours on a nice Sunday drive in the new-to-us LX, and I have already managed to loose a bottle cap and a tire gauge that slipped between the middle console and the passenger seat and disappeared under the seat - the space is impossible to get to while sitting there, and not much easier when outside the truck, either

so, has anybody invented a creative solution to plug this "black hole" ?

Neat. I used small hand towels from the dollar store, rolled up to fit. Same idea as the stop drop, but for only a dollar per side.
