I am welding up dozens of extra holes put in by a PO. But there are some I've seen in photos the same as I have in mine. Am just curious why people have drilled these 7/16" holes in the side of the tub.

They are on both sides of the tub.

Yep gas can holder. I filled my holes and welded on a plate behind them.

So, those must have a support bracket on the inside? The holes on the passenger side were oval, as if they were misdrilled.
