These look like the ones on my FJ40. Note, I think the 'projections' are to facilitate electric resistance welding, like the factory method.

I bought 100 of these in 6mm (but with four projections, one on each corner) for my '71 FJ40 build. I haven't tried them yet as my replacement tub is still at my place in Nevada. I plan on using the Eastwood 2" X 4" magnetic copper weld backing plate I got via FedEx a few minutes ago when I weld them on.
