Hi - anyone have an idea how heavy is the fender with flare could possibly weigh?

It is really pretty light if you are just talking about the outer fender and flare. The inner fenders weigh quite a bit. I would say less than 15lbs for the outer and flare. However, if you are looking at shipping one they come in over 90lbs on the scale due to the size. If you are going to ship one I'd suggest greyhound.
