Weekly Friday lunch meet & greet

Let's do a standing Friday lunch gathering. We'll have to come up with the food type and restaurant location. I'd suggest 11:30-11:40 meet up time in order to avoid some of the lunch crowd.

Ideas?

Found another great gem for lunch, Genghis Grill. I-25 and Jefferson area.
Fantastic Mongolian Grill and you get to pick what you want to eat and they cook it for you!
A real good meal for 10 or so bucks.
