I have a question about the t-shirts. How big do they run?

I don't know if I was a S or M. I wear a women's 8 up top, if that helps.

The T-shirts run large, if that is of any help to you. And they don't shrink all that much upon washing, good quality On the trail, you might want a comfortable one anyway......I'd go with an M in your case. Claudia
