I can't find any info. on this Weber Carb working for a FJ40 or with a F engine. All the Weber landcruiser kits have the 32/36 DGV not the DGAV. Anyone know the difference between the 2 carbs.
I have a fellow cruiser guy baja1d helping me out with the 32/36 DGAV carb and he has an adapter plate to put the carb on my 1 barrel manifold. He has never seen the carb work but thinks it came off a 1 barrel F engine & has that adapter.
Here are the numbers on the carb.
Weber 32/36 DGAV 33b1 22680.005 11046
Will this carb work? What modifications do you have to do to make it work?
Anyone running this set up?
Guys I need help!! Thanks

any engine that a 32/36 will go on :)

i would just swap out the water choke for a manual choke....weber carbs direct in syosette ny has the kits...ask for Jose...he'll hook ya up

is it a water choke...or was it already converted....most water choke i've seen were always on british leyland products...

you may want to check the jet sizes also...if it was on a brit 4cyl...it may need to be rejetted for the larger engine of a cruiser
