Anybody with an 80s series also have a 60s series to see how well the 80s series floor mats fit?

Not the best pics but I don't think I would run the 80 series mats in the 62. They aren't wide enough to cover the foot rest and the interfere with the gas pedal.

Do you have the rear passenger floor mat? Pics would be awesome if you do. Also are the 80s series mats they same for every year or do they vary?

I'm honestly not convinced they fit well in the 80 series they're designed for
I know mine didn't fit worth a damn around the gas pedal. They fit ok at the locations.

Sounds like the best plan considering they don’t fit well even in the 80s series
I happen to really like mine in my 96 80 series. I have them properly anchored.

I had to trim mine in my M3. I haven't ordered a set for my 80 yet, was wondering if I'd have to do the same thing... anyway other good options out there for good mats?

The rear 80 series fits even worse in the 62.

I'm actually pretty happy with the fit of my Weather tech mats for the 80 in the front and rear seating area. The mat in the rear cargo area should be a couple inches wider. If I could have a redo I'd just go with a flat rubber mat cut to size for the cargo area.

I have universal fit Husky liners in the front of my 80. Zero issues with them. Just trim to fit. Should be no problem to put them into a 60.

Not sure I would waste my money on a set of weathertech mats. The ones i have in my 80 started to curl up at the corners and are now more like a bowl than a mat.
