Trying to fill Noah's place...I even have the flowery shirt on.. :D j/k I wouldn't wear that crap! :D

    Let's see...

I learned a heating element on a 25 yr old kitchen stove can actually melt in half, my mom's stove just melted, bright red heating element, then poof, nothing...nice.

Also learned I think their microwave died the same day...makes a horrible loud noise and didn't warm my pie at all...yeah, that's right...apple pie for lunch....mmmmm...pie... :D

I learned Kumar and his wife are really nice people, and they really want to move to Colorado.. :D

I learned some jackhole is posting that his g wagon is better than all our toyotas on our forum. I learned that my brother in law (who has been borrowing my plow truck) has let my 89 sit for a month because he's too lazy to spend 2-3 dollars and 5 minutes to change a damn battery terminal! And I also learned that when your cruiser leaks a little (maybe a cup) fuel on the garage floor, it will smell throughout the entire house.

I learned that some people can't handle stress and will actually faint at the sight of somebody in NICU.

After spending "family day" with some friends and their kids I also learned that some people actually shouldn't be married, or allowed to be in the same room together.

    and...

women always exaggerate, men lie when under pressure and kids tell the truth despite anyones feelings :grinpimp:

I learned that a sixty-foot-tall "Tree of Heaven" (Ailanthus altissima) can snap clean through twenty feet up the trunk and fall on the kid's play house at my son's preschool  but that a play house built with 2x4s on 16" centers and 1/2" plywood will sustain such a blow. :D

I learned that in a couple days, we might see Israelis pointing guns at other Israelis in the Gaza strip. Wow, how I love the Middle East!

    Yes and No.

Yes had pie for lunch...no it's not home-made pie, it's mediocore and due to the friggen microwave being broke, I had to eat it cold.

Wife? 'eh...bitter, err, I mean better :D one day then worse the next...my life sucks at times...but I'm accustomed to it, and at times my life (and her) are wonderful...

Never microwave pie, it makes the crust soggy--always reheat in an oven. Then dump a pint of vanilla on top.

I learned that I will be getting a 5MGE motor, but that I really have no use for it.

I also learned a 5MGE motor is easily built to 200 hp+ and bolts in place of a 22R

I learned that I have a dash pad with a nearly perfect exterior, but the inside is so rusted away it's useless.

I learned I need a blower motor box and rear hoop bars to finish my 40.

I learned that the owner of the 55 outside my shop is not budging from 2k and the wife is not budging from "No F'N Way!"

Brodis, that wasn't the kind of 'pie' I was talking about.

I was trying to be crass. Didn't come across did it?

I learned that there is a set of OEM "split wheels" for sale in Denver, but I spent my Cruiser budget last week on a SM465 adapter :frown: and :D at the same time.

I learned of a funny man named Thai who brags about his G500 benz. He kind of reminds me of a Star Trek geek who arrived at the Star Wars convention.

I learned last week actually, that kitty cats and clothes dryers do not mix......After 3 screamin little girls down the street came running up to my house, and taking them, the dad who was givin Bill the cat CPR to the vet at 60mph, Bill succumbed to his injuries. Dont know how long he was in there for, but it was an accident, and they were all heartbroken. Saddest part was, it was the youngest kid's birthday, and they were getting everything ready for a bday pool party on saturday.

I also learned that digging a giant hole in a backyard on a 98 degree day, with 90% humidity, heat index of 118, in a yard full of NC clay, tree roots and discarded concrete can damn near give you heat stroke (or at least make your arms soo tingly they go numb and you get realllllly dizzy and have to lay down on the ground for a lil while). I contemplated on askin them to dig the hole a lil bigger and dump be in there too.....
