Water Temperature Sending Unit location (1 Viewer)

Happy Holidays.

I have been checking on IH8MUD and the Internet to no avail. Does anyone know the location of the water temperature sending unit (#83420-20040) in a Land Cruiser 100 with the 2UZ-FE?

The temperature gauge in my 2000 LC stopped working. I have since replaced the water temperature and that did not fix it.

Any other ideas on what would be causing this is also greatly appreciated.

It's the thinner sensor with single wire lead, on 98-02. Just below the larger water sensor you replaced.
In 2003 they kept sensor in as a water plug, but without a wire (no actual sensor use).
In 06-07 Toyota updated the front water by pass joint, eliminating it's port/hole.
