Water Pump pulley wobbling? Video inside..... (1 Viewer)

So i have had this truck for only about 1 week, I am in the process of going over the whole truck doing maintenance/fixes/etc. (baseline) I noticed that my water pump pulley seems to have a wobble to it. I can't rock it back and forth or anything, and I hear no noise from the bearings... so has anyone ever seen this or know what causes this? Should I replace the pulley? I did a search but did not come up with anything.

just to post a follow up in case anyone else comes across this thread. The pulley was indeed bent. I bought a replacement off a junkyard cruiser and it spins true now. I still have no idea how the pulley got bent in the first place.
