Hello mudders,

First off I want to say thank you to each and every member of this forum. The amount of tech information here is absolutely incredible. I come from the flyfishing world/forums and have some of the same experiences with the brother in arms attitude but this forum ups that up a couple levels.

I have tried the search function to try an answer my question and also quite a bit for other mods/infor. I bet that I have bookmarked over 30 mods that I want to do!

I am in the process of stripping out the interior, cleaning, putting in Lizard Skin and a stereo system. While pulling out the carpet I found the drivers side Passenger carpet wet right where the wheel well meets the floor boards. Any ideas as to where it could come from? There is a small tear in the window/door seal but otherwise I couldn't see anything.

All help is appreciated!

Well it looks like I might have spoke too soon. Sounds like I need to clean out the sunroof drains. I found the following link in the FAQ but all the pictures are missing. Can some one recommend a write up with pics? I am pretty new to TLCs

Do the Drains with a piece of trimmer string from top down, then ensure holes in rockers are clear. Takes 5 mins tops.

Do you have the original Windshield or replacement?

Switch, Skagit, or Spey?

I cleaned out my sunroof drains with a semi stiff piece of insulated wire. worked like a charm... no more water !

Thanks for the quick reply Hornd. I fish a 12'3' CND on bigger water like the Skagit, Skykomish, Queets, Hoh etc and really enjoy it but I confess I love fishing my switch rod higher up in those systems or on smaller water too. I don;t think I could pick one or the other because they are two different tools.

And You?
