Northeast vehicle but almost zero body rust

Lift gate in good shape
New condenser
New inner/outer tie rods
New front calipers
New valve cover gasket
Frame and underbody wire brushed and protected as soon as I got it.
New driver's seat cover
Heater/Coolant flushed
New thermostat
New metal tees
New shock absorbers
New front diff cushions/bushing (not installed but included
Center diff lock
The Bad
One small hole in rear driver side frame
Needs lower ball joint
Very small rack leak
Couple small dings (See pictures)
Passenger side lock actuator
Nav does not work (not unusual)
DVD system included (not installed) but included
