Just in case anyone finds this old thread, I can say that I just installed a Warn VR10-S on my 96 LX450 with an ARB Bull Bar. The install was a piece of cake with a feet forward install. Plenty of room.

After I got it on, I become concerned about keeping it on because there is so much room between the bumper and the truck's front end that it would be easy to undo four bolts and walk off it it.

I went with the Tuffy bolt locks which worked out, but not without some effort. The basic problem is that the Tuffy base was not able to mount flush due to the spacing and colliding with a weld. I wasn't able to slide the locking cover on far enough for the lock to engage. I was able to get it going by enlarging the hole in the base plate of the Tuffy so it could slide up just a little bit. Now it's on and seems solid.
