I am having troubles figuring out how to install a metal bracket that holds the throttle cable. This bracket attaches to the throttle lever but I am not sure what piece is used to attach it. It looks like a simple nut and bolt would work but the metal bracket has a rectangular hole which means it must be some odd peice.

I do not believe that I recieved this part in the package(brand new)

What piece holds this bracket on?

Need a little more information.
What year ?
Stock or Webber? I assume webber since stock does not have a cable except to the choke.

the piece with the rectangle hole (pictured above) attaches to the carb, (throttle lever) but you have to remove the one thats there and re-use the nut.
