Just converted my new Warn 8274 to 12V. It was bench tested at one point to make sure it works and it was mounted on the truck but was never used due to me not realizing that it was a 24V. So for sale I have:
-24V Motor
-24V Solenoid pack with housing and all wires except for the main ground cable
(you can buy a standard ground cable at any auto parts store)
-Controller
$200 OBO plus shipping. I will ship to anywhere in the U.S.

Don't quote me on this because I don't know all of the part names but you would basically need the main gear assembly, the spool and cable, fairlead, and possibly a few other parts on the ratcheting side.
