'73 F. 9 month old Eddlebrock carb. For a while now it's been harder to start the FJ as the day goes on. Morning starts fire right up by the afternoon it limps starts. Whether I push the pedal or not makes no difference in the start-up.

I'm not experienced in tuning a carb but I'm thinking it needs an adjustment.

Mine had warm start struggles too. I was given the suggestion from somebody here to push the pedal to the floor, choke pushed in and turn the key til it fires up. That has worked 100% perfect every time for me. I was always worried it was gonna flood but it actually fires up perfectly now.

I have an electric choke. No control. I have wished I had a manual choke again.
