I will be on the lookout for my first rig within the next few weeks and would like a solid starting point. Not knowing really what is what I do know my max price is 28K. My main areas are that it does not have severe rust issues or cosmetic flaws. I am new to this entire world and would be the first vehicle I have bought myself. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

I have a 2009 LX570 with 127k miles coming in on trade soon, always been a Louisiana car. Black with tan inside. I sold it in 2016 and it just got traded back for a 2019 Cruiser. Price will be close and I'm in Metairie.
