Wanted/ where to find: interior rear hatch lock knob. (1 Viewer)

This is a silly tiny part, but it is missing and bugging me. I can’t seem to find and maybe I’m not using the right name. My rear hatch on interior just has an open bolt, so I presume there’s a plastic knob or grip that threads on it. Any help appreciated.

I was going to spin one out of aluminum on the lathe this week before my trip to VA. It's just as easy to make two; want one?
It will be a simple round rod with gripper rings or a light knurl.

This is going to take a little thought.
The thread is M4.5x1.5... Very course for such a small shank, makes sense, its going in a plastic part.
The problem is this thread doesn't exist as a tap in any sources I could find.
It's not going to get solved before my trip to VA this weekend.
I'll keep you posted though in case you don't find a replacment OEM one.

I think I'll try and make a tap anyway. It'll be an interesting challenge. Metric threads are PITA, but not impossible and I have the tools; so why not.

Haha my bad. I threw a new one in the cart when I had to replace the hatch lock actuator, that’s one expensive actuator lol.
