want to upgrade to atx storm 18inch wheels- fitment question (1 Viewer)

Hello, This is my first time posting and I'm planning on getting ATX storm 18 x8.5 inch wheels from tire rack - they have +18mm offset and the backspacing is 5.43 backspacing. Im wondering if I can do 285/65/18 or even 285/70/18 w/o rubbing on stock suspension. I don't really go offroad much besides camping once in a while so my truck mainly is for highway driving. any input would be great. Thanks, Nick
