What I have here is a home made swing away tire carrier that bolts into your frame and designed to be used with your stock bumper. The only modifications you'll have to make is drill two additional holes for the bolts, and make a cut on the plastic cover for the spindle. Please see pictures. It is very well made, I know it is not pretty but very sturdy, and I got lots of compliments on it. The way it sits 33" or smaller tire does not block the rear view, stop lights or license plate (that has to moved to the right).
If you'd like to you can add a gas strut to keep it open easier, I have built the brackets but have not used the feature, or add a different latch.
I also added a hitch receiver, so you can add a basket, cargo box, jerry can holder, or a bike carrier and have them swing out with the tire! Works well, but I have not tested it for over 100lbs additional weight. Again very sturdy built so it can handle it. It is built for 80 series, but I believe it could fit others with some modification.

I came across a very good deal on a new ARB bumper, so I no longer need this one. I am located in Redmond, WA. However, I will be travelling to Santa Barbara, CA this weekend , and willing to deliver anywhere along I-5 in WA, OR and CA between November 14th and December 5th. Asking $250. I can give you the already cut bumper cover, if you'd like to so you can save your nice one!

Also selling a U-haul hitch receiver rated to 6,500 lbs towing and aluminum bumper topper plate from my stock bumper.
