I just went through the same thing on my 2002 100 series. I have a grey interior and I believe its the only color still available. The LH cover is 72928-60020-B1

I think the original Ivory part number is 72928-60020-A1 . There is one on ebay if you google that part number buts its about $50.

I am also after the exact same trim piece. Driver side, second row. Do you guys have a spray paint colour that matches the ivory? I can't fathom paying $57.81 to ship a small piece of plastic via ebay.
