just wondering if anyone might know the size of the torx head bolts between the inner CV joint and the output flange on an 85 golf, it's not T40 or T45, is this a crazy VW $$T that I won't find elsewhere? thanks

yep, crazy vw tool alright, i call em triple squares, but they are also called 12 points. the snapper sells the tool, but any specialty vw shop will have it. cash grab by the germans for their dealers likely....
