I am getting to mail out this rarest of rare unicorn 2F Alternator , it’s an externally regulated base option. Unit , this particular FJ60 does NOT have factory A/C either ?

Its pro-date is exactly 8/80 , this may be a clue ?

Anyway , another one leaves the pasture all shinny BLING,d up for its new home and owner operator …

She bench tested out a solid 52A !

As with all my NOS units , all the bells , whistle’s, and sparkling ✨ trimmings where it counts and needed plug , play , and refresh electrical parts too. …

Some front side doors idea I came up with , some non-usa badging emblems have Fit Form and Functionality going on for sure

I cracked the code on NON-USA early FJ62 3F carb. Fusible Links …

If anyone has these / this early set up please PM me or post here …

I have more questions then answers here for sure ?

I think im gonna start aggressively restoring and refreshing both inside and out all the FJ60 switches , the rocker rear heater and the rear wiper in particular …

The need is here now to take what skill sets I mastered restoring pull switches to make a go of this …

Or at least that’s my thought 💭

- 1962- 4/86 BIG CAP size spec. Genuine NipponDenso JAPAN Commercial HEAVY DUTY Cold Spec, Radiator cap

100% MADE IN JAPAN !
w/ SOLID NICKLE Period Correct retainer chain installed by us , in the FACTORY PRE-PUNCHED chain hole on the
ND embossed logo ear , the chain is a reproduction addition to compliment the worlds best possible quality 2F FJ60 / FJ40 cap you can possibly source in todays world ,, its HEAVE DUTY and TOUGH as nails unique ...
- 4/86- 1997 Small Cap size spec. meets the same standards as above big cap , how ever no pre-punched factory retainer chain hole sadly .....

- both caps below are hands down far superior to the lower quality ones you would be sold at your local TOYOTA Dealer here in the USA ...

- both caps have a thicker EPDM rubber gaskets to , both the upper and lower ones , and the metal is a ALLOY mix and not simply zinc plated steel .....

- both the common 16401-41021 big cap and 16401-54750 small cap , say there made in japan on the parts labels ?

but do NOT have the GENUINE ND embossed logo stamped on them , so you don't know do you , who makes them ?

well ....

trust Genuine JAPAN Spec. Commercial HEAVY DUTY NipponDenso BIG YELLOW Decal caps to out preform and out last the rest of the pack for sure ....

i personally run both the BIG and SMALL ones on my personally TOYOTA vehicles fleet and ONLY install them only any shop job that happens to need one as well

3rd Members from my FJ62. I am dropping both axles from the truck and cleaning/painting/rebuilding them. I figured if I'm going through the trouble of doing all that I should just have the 3rd members refreshed before putting everything back on the truck. The diffs are probably above my pay grade.
