Vintage Air Model and Dash Set up with Gen IV SureFit with Ultra-High-Performance Blower (1 Viewer)

We are in the middle of sorting out the new to us 74 40 with 5.3 Vortec. Next on the list is AC, which it doesn’t currently have. It’s been suggested to upgrade to the high performance blower unit which is fine, only moderate uptick in cost. I’m trying to decide the best place to install the controls. The radio opening in the dash is my first thought. We are installing a Bluetooth kenwood amp in the tuffy center console so I’ll need to do something in place where radio was Regardless. If anyone can speak to the new systems performance and set up or has any images of your dash set up I’d appreciate you sharing. Existing dash config photo of mine is here:

You will remove the Fresh Pull, Warm Pull and Fan Switch during install and the new controls go back into those locations if you follow the Vintage Air instructions. May not be an issue for you.
