VIN Plate Question (1 Viewer)

Is an early 1968 pig going to have a plate inside the drivers door jam? I dont have one and the only plate I see is on the p/s fender. Does anyone make a repro part for the tag?

Nothing in the door jam on mine either. Only the p/s fender.
