valve cover gasket question (1 Viewer)

Will a valve cover gasket and seals for a 1f work for putting a '76 2f valve cover on my 1f? I ordered them before I was told to put the 2f valve cover on.

Nope, the gasket is different. F motor uses a cork gasket while the aluminum 2F covers use a molded rubber gasket. The grommets for the nuts should be the same though.
