Update: I got every thing back together and runs great. I wish I had another 2F to compare it to, just to see what the noise difference is. After the second time checking every thing it did not stutter at 1500 like it did. I can not pin point the cause but on the test drive I couldn't see, feel, or hear any thing out of the ordinary. I was even able to bring the idle down to the 800-700 mark and have every thing stay smooth. I think I will mess with the timing tomorrow and see were it is at and hopefully get the idle smooth at 650-700. Thanks again for all the help!

That is oftentimes the case, and one of the few remaining unexplained mysteries of the LandCruiser. I think they just need the attention, and if you do something, anything, to them long enough, they're satisfied and run better.
